How an agreement works

From walk-through to first visit

Nothing is priced before someone has seen the building.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Walk-through

A plumber and a dispatcher go through the building with your maintenance lead and find every shutoff.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Written proposal

Your level, your response windows, the scheduled visits, and the rates for work outside the agreement.

  3. 03

Step 3: You sign, or you do not

The proposal holds its terms in writing. There is nothing to pay to walk away.

  4. 04

    Step 4: First scheduled visit

Pumps, heaters and backflow assemblies checked, and a work-order report sent to your office.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Cancel any time

30 days' written notice, no cancellation fee. Open work orders are finished and invoiced as quoted.

Questions about the agreement

Is an agreement insurance?

No. It sets how fast we respond and what visits are scheduled. Repairs, parts and permits are quoted in writing before work starts.

How long does an agreement run?

A year, renewed each year unless you tell us otherwise. The proposal states the dates and the terms for the next year.

How do I cancel?

Write to us with 30 days' notice. There is no cancellation fee, and open work orders are finished as quoted.

Can I cover more than one building?

Yes. Each building gets its own shutoff map, schedule and report. Management companies get one invoice a month, and the proposal says how.

What if a pipe bursts and I am on the lowest level?

Every level is dispatched at any hour for a burst pipe or sewage backup. The levels set the windows for everything else.
