What we do
Service plumbing for buildings with more than one tenant
Most of what we do is repair, maintenance and small projects, run from one service line.

Service calls and repairs
Leaks, no water, no hot water, toilets, flushometers and sump pumps, in units and common areas.
Shutoffs found before the repair starts
Written price before parts are ordered

Water heaters and hot-water systems
Tank heaters, storage tanks and boiler-fed domestic hot water in apartment buildings and kitchens.
Replacement priced in writing
Old units removed on the same visit

Backflow assemblies
Repair and replacement of backflow preventers, and the test report your water supplier asks for.
Assemblies listed in your building record
Reports sent to your office

Pumps and pressure
Booster pumps, circulators and pressure tanks that keep the upper floors supplied.
Pressure checked at the top floor
Pump locations on your shutoff map

Drains and sewer lines
Kitchen lines, stacks and building drains cleared, with a camera look when a line keeps backing up.
Findings in the work order
Kitchen work booked for closed hours

Tenant improvements and small projects
Restroom and kitchen rough-in, new fixtures and piping changes for tenants and owners.
Scope, schedule and price in one proposal
Shutoff notices written for your tenants

Work we send elsewhere
So you know before you call.
Gas piping and fire sprinklers
We do the water side of a building. Gas lines and sprinkler systems go to the licensed trade that does them, and we coordinate the shutoffs.
New construction
We take tenant work and small projects inside existing buildings. A ground-up building has a mechanical contractor of its own.
