This page says what the site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send a form, we collect your name, email, phone number, the building address and your message. When you call the service line, we see your number and the dispatcher writes down what you tell them.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you, to schedule a walk-through or a visit, and to write your proposal, work orders and invoices. We do not sell it. We share it only with a supplier or a subcontractor when a job needs one.
How long we keep it
Building records, shutoff maps and work orders stay as long as we service the building, because the next visit needs them. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
